| I haven't written in almost a week. I did so well for over a week then I fucked it up around Wednesday. I had a cheeseburger and fries, and it all went downhill from there. I've been extremely depressed, crying for no reason. I think I'm just terrified because of the stupid robbery. I wish it never happened so I would not be freaked out 24/7. Anyway, so far today I've had 2 cups of coffee w/pumpkin spice creamer.

I didn't eat all my lunch but I'd rather overestimate on calories.

I think I'm going to watch the Giants game later so I'm going to buy some beer. I want to find that 64 calorie kind and just not eat dinner. I have to remember to take my second pill. D: 4 Buffalo wings - 285 2 pcs boneless fried chicken - 200 approx. 4 Millers - 256 (64 calorie beer!) Stayed under 1500. Thank GOD. About 1200-1300.

Total is about 1375-1400. I wasn't even hungry after brunch but I just ate? Can't explain. I was really NOT hungry... weird. But I'm glad I did eat something, my heartburn went away. As long as I average 1500/day, we're good.
